Cancellation Policy

Plans change, flights run late, and passes close. Here is exactly how cancellations and changes work — measured from your pickup time, confirmed in writing, never a surprise.

1. Transfer cancellations

Cancellation windows are measured from the scheduled pickup time, in the local time of the pickup location.

  • More than 48 hours before pickup: full release of your card hold, no charge.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: 50% of the confirmed price is charged.
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: 100% of the confirmed price is charged.
  • Peak dates (holiday weeks and marquee local events) may carry a longer free-cancellation window, which is always shown in your confirmation before you book.

2. Changes to a booking

Changing your plans is not the same as cancelling.

  • Date, time, or pickup-point changes requested more than 24 hours ahead are made at no charge, subject to availability.
  • A change that alters the route or vehicle class is re-quoted and confirmed with you before it applies.
  • Reducing passengers or luggage does not reduce the confirmed price once a vehicle is dispatched.

3. Flight delays & no-shows

We track private and commercial arrivals, so a late flight is never treated as a no-show.

  • Flight delays are absorbed at no charge — your chauffeur adjusts to your actual arrival time.
  • A no-show is recorded only if the passenger has not appeared and cannot be reached 60 minutes after the tracked arrival (or the scheduled pickup for non-flight pickups). A no-show is charged at 100%.
  • Diverted flights are handled under the Diversion & Irregular Operations Standard, not as a cancellation.

4. If we have to cancel

If TŌGE Global cannot perform a confirmed transfer, you are never charged for it.

  • You receive a full release of your card hold or a full refund.
  • Where safe, we will first try to arrange an equivalent or higher vehicle class at no extra charge.
  • If authorities close a route and the trip cannot proceed, you may reschedule free of charge or cancel with a full release.

5. Experiences

Experiences are delivered by independent local providers, so their cancellation terms can differ from transfers.

  • The specific cancellation terms for each experience are shown before you confirm it and are included in your confirmation.
  • Weather-dependent experiences cancelled by the provider for safety are rescheduled or released in full.
  • Transport booked as part of an experience follows the transfer rules above.

6. How to cancel

Cancel by replying to your confirmation email or contacting Operations with your trip reference.

  • Your cancellation time is the time we receive your message, and we confirm every cancellation in writing.
  • Released holds and refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

Part of every booking

You accept these terms in the reservation flow. The version in force is stored with your trip, so a later revision never changes what you already agreed to.

Our ethos

Master of the Pass.

Tōge (峠) — the high-altitude mountain pass.

In Japanese tradition, Tōge defines the critical mountain threshold connecting civilization to elevated sanctuaries — the ultimate test of navigation, weather mastery, and driver composure.

For private travelers, this final leg across demanding alpine terrain should never be left to chance. TŌGE Global was founded on a singular principle: to unify fragmented corridor transport into one immaculate network.

By pairing pass-certified master operators with real-time flight tracking, every transition from the jet door to the summit is executed with quiet precision.

The pass is open. Welcome to TŌGE Global.
