Privacy Policy

Discretion is part of the service. This is what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

TŌGE Global arranges private chauffeured transfers and curated mountain experiences. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us when you browse, enquire, or book.

  • This policy covers togeglobal.com, our reservation and partner forms, and communication with our concierge and Operations team.
  • Independent operators and experience providers who deliver your service handle your information under this policy for your trip, and under their own policies for anything beyond it.

2. What we collect

Only what we need to plan, deliver, and support your trip.

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and, for partners, company and role.
  • Travel details: flight or tail number, gateway FBO, pickup and drop-off points, dates and times, passenger count, luggage and equipment, and requests such as child seats.
  • Booking records: the terms and policy versions you accepted, your initials, and the time you accepted them.
  • Payment information: card authorization handled by our payment provider. TŌGE Global never sees or stores full card numbers.
  • Website data: basic technical information such as device type, browser, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working well.

3. How we use it

To deliver the service you asked for, and nothing you would not expect.

  • Dispatching your chauffeur, tracking your flight, and handling changes, diversions, and irregular operations.
  • Confirming bookings, sending trip updates, and answering your questions.
  • Processing payments, holds, refunds, and cancellations.
  • Meeting legal, safety, insurance, and accounting obligations.
  • Sending occasional news about TŌGE Global only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information.

  • The assigned operator and chauffeur receive only the details needed to perform your transfer.
  • Experience providers receive only the details needed for the experience you booked.
  • Service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processing, email, and hosting, under contracts that protect your information.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect someone’s safety.

5. Discretion & principal privacy

Many of our guests value privacy above all else. Discretion is part of the service.

  • Chauffeurs and Operations staff are bound by non-disclosure agreements.
  • On request, we use a code name for a principal on the booking and in communications with operators.
  • We never publicise guests, share passenger lists, or confirm whether a person has travelled with us.

6. How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it.

  • Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax, accounting, and legal rules require.
  • Saved traveler preferences are kept until you ask us to delete them.
  • Enquiries that never become bookings are deleted after a reasonable period.

7. Security

We protect your information with sensible technical and organisational safeguards.

  • Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
  • No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you promptly and as the law requires.

8. International travel

Because we serve corridors worldwide, your information may be handled in the country where your service takes place as well as in the United States.

  • When information moves between countries, we use safeguards that meet the requirements of the laws that apply.

9. Your choices & rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, at any time.

  • Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK, Switzerland, and California, you may have additional rights such as data portability or objecting to certain uses.
  • To make a request, contact us using the details on our Contact page. We will respond within the time the law requires.

10. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with its effective date.

  • Significant changes will be highlighted on the site or sent to you before they take effect.

Part of every booking

You accept these terms in the reservation flow. The version in force is stored with your trip, so a later revision never changes what you already agreed to.

Our ethos

Master of the Pass.

Tōge (峠) — the high-altitude mountain pass.

In Japanese tradition, Tōge defines the critical mountain threshold connecting civilization to elevated sanctuaries — the ultimate test of navigation, weather mastery, and driver composure.

For private travelers, this final leg across demanding alpine terrain should never be left to chance. TŌGE Global was founded on a singular principle: to unify fragmented corridor transport into one immaculate network.

By pairing pass-certified master operators with real-time flight tracking, every transition from the jet door to the summit is executed with quiet precision.

The pass is open. Welcome to TŌGE Global.
