Terms & Conditions

Clear, fair terms for every planeside transfer and experience we arrange — what we promise, what we ask of you, and how we handle the mountains’ unpredictability.

1. The service

TŌGE Global arranges private chauffeured ground transfers between private-aviation gateways (FBOs), resorts, and other agreed points, along with curated experiences booked through our concierge.

  • Transfers are performed by vetted, licensed and insured operators in our partner network, dispatched and supervised by TŌGE Global.
  • Vehicle class is guaranteed; a specific make, model, or color is a preference, not a guarantee. If a class is unavailable we upgrade at no extra charge.
  • Experiences are delivered by independent local providers. Their own safety rules and conditions apply in addition to these terms.

2. Booking & confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from TŌGE Global with your trip reference.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of names, flight or tail number, pickup and drop-off points, passenger count, and luggage.
  • Instant bookings place a card authorization (hold). The hold is captured only after the transfer is completed, or as set out in the Cancellation Policy.
  • Requests submitted for a concierge quote are not confirmed until you approve the quote in writing.

3. Pricing & payment

Your confirmed price is the price you pay for the itinerary as booked. It is never changed without your approval.

  • Confirmed prices include the vehicle, chauffeur, standard wait time, and road fees for the booked route.
  • Changes you request — extra stops, a different destination, extended waiting beyond the included time — are quoted and confirmed with you before they apply.
  • Diversions and irregular operations are handled under the Diversion & Irregular Operations Standard.
  • Gratuity is at your discretion unless a set service charge is shown in your confirmation.

4. Passengers, safety & conduct

The chauffeur has final authority on safety, including road and weather conditions in mountain corridors.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times. Child and infant seats are provided on request at booking and must be used where required by law.
  • Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted in any vehicle.
  • Damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by passengers may be charged at documented cost, with evidence provided.
  • We may decline or end a service if a passenger’s conduct puts the chauffeur, other passengers, or the vehicle at risk.

5. Luggage & equipment

Please tell us the number of bags and any skis, boards, golf bags, or oversized items when booking so we dispatch the right vehicle.

  • Luggage is carried at the owner’s risk; please keep valuables, medication, and travel documents with you.
  • Unannounced oversized items that do not fit safely may require a second vehicle, which we will confirm with you first.

6. Weather, road closures & events beyond control

Mountain passes can close without notice. We never ask a chauffeur to drive a route that authorities have closed or that is unsafe.

  • If a route is closed or unsafe, we will hold, re-route, or reschedule with your agreement. Approved re-routes are covered by the Diversion & Irregular Operations Standard.
  • TŌGE Global is not liable for delays or missed connections caused by weather, road closures, natural events, government action, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Liability

Our responsibility is to deliver the service with reasonable care and skill through properly licensed and insured operators.

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Otherwise, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, events, reservations, or business opportunities.

8. Your information

We collect only what we need to deliver your transfer: contact details, travel details, and payment authorization.

  • Trip details are shared with the assigned operator and chauffeur only to perform the service.
  • Card details are processed by our payment provider; TŌGE Global does not store full card numbers.
  • Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

9. General

These terms, together with the Cancellation Policy and the Diversion & Irregular Operations Standard, form the agreement for your booking.

  • The version in force when you book is stored with your trip; later revisions do not change terms you already accepted.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, unless local consumer law where the service is performed requires otherwise.

Part of every booking

You accept these terms in the reservation flow. The version in force is stored with your trip, so a later revision never changes what you already agreed to.

Our ethos

Master of the Pass.

Tōge (峠) — the high-altitude mountain pass.

In Japanese tradition, Tōge defines the critical mountain threshold connecting civilization to elevated sanctuaries — the ultimate test of navigation, weather mastery, and driver composure.

For private travelers, this final leg across demanding alpine terrain should never be left to chance. TŌGE Global was founded on a singular principle: to unify fragmented corridor transport into one immaculate network.

By pairing pass-certified master operators with real-time flight tracking, every transition from the jet door to the summit is executed with quiet precision.

The pass is open. Welcome to TŌGE Global.
