The TŌGE Standard · v2026.1 · Effective September 2026

Diversion & Irregular Operations Standard

No diversion ever silently changes your price. We share the revised plan and confirm with you before any escalation — and pre-agreed limits protect you when you can't be reached in time.

Notify & confirm

A diversion never silently changes your price. We share the revised plan and firm price, and confirm with you before any escalation.

Pre-agreed protection

If you can't be reached mid-journey, narrow fallback limits you set in advance keep the traveler moving — never beyond what you approved.

Cross-border clarity

A re-stage into another currency or an unserved region is a material change: acknowledged by you, or governed by your standing instructions.

1 · What counts as an irregular operation

A diversion is any change to the booked pickup driven by circumstances outside the traveler's control — the aircraft lands at a different airport, an FBO or runway closes, weather forces a re-stage, or an arrival slips across a surcharge window.

  • Aircraft diverted to an alternate airport (weather, ATC, fuel, mechanical, or crew-duty limits).
  • FBO, runway, or road closure that changes where or how the vehicle can stage.
  • Material schedule change — an arrival that moves into the night window or across a peak-season boundary.
  • A re-stage that crosses a corridor or currency boundary, including into a region TŌGE does not directly serve.

2 · How a revised price is calculated

When the pickup changes, we re-price the transfer on exactly the same engine as the original quote — the new gateway, the new drive-time band, and any timing surcharges — and show you a line-by-line comparison against your firm quote. Nothing is estimated by hand where our network has the data.

  • The dominant driver is drive-time distance: a diversion from a mountain field to a major metro hub can multiply the ground distance several-fold, and the price moves with it.
  • Planeside meet-and-greet, night and peak surcharges, and vehicle staging are recomputed from the new gateway and arrival time.
  • A cross-currency diversion is re-quoted in the corridor's local currency and shown to you with the conversion, never buried.
  • Round trips are re-priced per leg, so an outbound diversion never silently changes your return.

3 · Notify-and-confirm — no silent repricing

This is the heart of the standard. TŌGE will never quietly change what you pay. If a diversion increases the cost of your transfer, we contact the booker with the revised plan and the revised firm price, and we obtain your confirmation before any escalation is dispatched or charged.

  • You always see what changed — the new gateway, the new drive band, and each adjusted line item — before you approve.
  • If the revised plan costs the same or less, we simply proceed and confirm the lower or unchanged price.
  • No incremental amount is captured against your card until you (or your pre-authorized standing instructions) approve it.
  • You may decline the revised plan and choose an alternative, or stand down the transfer under the cancellation terms.

4 · When the booker can't be reached in time

Diversions happen at 2 a.m. in a snowstorm. To protect a traveler who is mid-journey and unreachable, you pre-authorize a narrow set of fallback actions in advance, as part of these terms, so we can keep the traveler moving without waiting for a signature that can't be given.

  • We attempt to reach the booker and any listed alternate contact through every channel on file, within the operational window the arrival allows.
  • If we cannot, TŌGE is pre-authorized to proceed with the safest equivalent plan from the nearest served corridor, up to a pre-agreed cost variance you set at booking.
  • Any change beyond that pre-agreed variance is escalated to the 24/7 concierge and is not charged without explicit confirmation — the traveler is never stranded, and you are never surprised.
  • Every fallback action is logged and reconciled with you after the fact, with full documentation of why the booker could not be reached.

5 · Cross-currency and unserved-corridor diversions

A diversion that crosses into a different currency or into a region outside the TŌGE network is treated as a material change. It is either acknowledged by you at the time, or governed by the standing instructions you agreed to in advance.

  • If the alternate gateway sits inside a corridor we serve, we auto-recompute in the local currency and follow the notify-and-confirm process.
  • If it sits outside our network, we do not guess a price — the concierge arranges a vetted local plan and confirms it with you before it proceeds.
  • Where you cannot be reached, only the pre-authorized fallback limits apply; unserved-corridor arrangements above them always wait for your consent.
  • Currency conversions use the transparent rate shown at the time of recalculation.

6 · Acknowledgment and how this becomes binding

This standard is TŌGE's recommended industry practice for irregular operations. It becomes part of your agreement in one of two ways, whichever comes first.

  • By initialing the standard in the reservation flow, which records your acceptance, the policy version, and a timestamp against your booking; or
  • Automatically upon your signature or confirmation of the reservation — completing a booking constitutes acceptance of the standard in force at that time.
  • The policy version you accepted is stored with your booking, so a later revision never changes the terms of a trip you already confirmed.
  • Corporate and family-office accounts may set standing fallback limits once, to apply across every future booking.

Every booking is protected by this standard

You accept the standard when you initial it in the reservation flow, or automatically upon confirming your booking. The version in force is stored with your trip, so a later revision never changes terms you already agreed to.

Our ethos

Master of the Pass.

Tōge (峠) — the high-altitude mountain pass.

In Japanese tradition, Tōge defines the critical mountain threshold connecting civilization to elevated sanctuaries — the ultimate test of navigation, weather mastery, and driver composure.

For private travelers, this final leg across demanding alpine terrain should never be left to chance. TŌGE Global was founded on a singular principle: to unify fragmented corridor transport into one immaculate network.

By pairing pass-certified master operators with real-time flight tracking, every transition from the jet door to the summit is executed with quiet precision.

The pass is open. Welcome to TŌGE Global.
