A corridor is only as strong as the operator who runs its final mile. Our vetting process is deliberately demanding — here is what we look for before an operator joins the network.
TŌGE does not operate a generic fleet in every market. Instead, we pair each corridor with a local master operator who knows its roads, its weather and its resorts intimately — and who meets a consistent global standard. Selecting those partners is the most important thing we do, because the local operator is the network to the client on the day of travel.
What we evaluate
- Local mastery — demonstrable, seasons-deep experience of the specific corridor's roads, passes and resort access, not just a regional license.
- Fleet condition and winter readiness — vehicles maintained to a premium standard, winter-rated and chain-equipped as a matter of course.
- Chauffeur caliber — professional presentation, discretion, and conduct consistent with a UHNW clientele.
- Insurance, licensing and compliance — full documentation, verified, with no exceptions.
- Capacity and redundancy — the ability to cover peak-season demand and to re-stage without a single point of failure.
Consistency across a fragmented industry
Ground transport is one of the most fragmented links in private travel. A principal who receives flawless service in Verbier and inconsistent service in Vail experiences the whole network as unreliable. Our vetting exists to erase that variance — so that local mastery and global consistency are not a trade-off but a single promise.
A two-way standard
Vetting is not a gate an operator passes once. Performance is reviewed continuously, and the standard is upheld in both directions: operators who meet it receive flight-synced demand, planeside coordination and a single booking channel that fills their calendar with the right clients. The bar is high because the reward is a steady flow of premium, well-coordinated work.
